Month-To-Month Remote Coaching

Product Description



  • Work one-on-one with an expert trainer / coach via email exchange (typically a PhD caliber coach or a world champion/record holder)
  • Create a customized plan to help you achieve your goals (lose fat, get stronger or gain muscle) with the support of an expert 
  • Feedback from your coach 3x a week (in response to your proactive updates, required of each coaching client at least 2x a week to stay on track!)
  • Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program
  • A 24-hour turnaround on your questions *could be a little slower on weekends
